Database keeps going down

I have been having this problem would it be my hosting company or zen-cart,,,Message at domain: Sorry!
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.... Keeps happening when I'm updating products. I keep having my hosting company to fix it.. They run a database repair. Happened now, last night then a couple weeks ago only when editing products.. I have been editing products for 5-6 hours today and it just happens now?

this is more likely issue with database server and needs to be fixed by your host .

when zencart can not reach the database you get this page displayed and most of the time , is when server is offline

my subscription with my web host is almost over next month. I use bluehost they have been good for the year its just recently I have been having this problem... I went to live chat the guy ask for the domain and told him he needs to do the database repair again, because they did one last night then comes back 5 min and goes its loading fine for me that he didn't need to do anything...hurmm
