Jquery Lightbox [Support thread]

As you know I am attempting to use the lightbox to display images on the products_listing page.
--> You will have to edit the loader to make the js loads on product listing page because the product listing page doesnt have a page name (rather, it's a page where main_page=index and cPath exists)

Also I want to adapt the lightbox so that it is activated by hovering the cursor over the image rather than clicking.
--> You will have to edit the lightbox js, but I myself think it would be super annoying to have lightbox kicks in on hover.

You can safely ignore the templates files, but you should in any case try to compare the files and see if there is any important changes (design related changes are ignorable)

Hi yellow I have mess my whole cart up some how. I compared the file above and more and I didn't see any problems, but now when click on a product the page want load. I had to disable both the jqlightbox and jqzoom. After I disabled them now my page will load. I don't know what on earth I have done. Any help would be appreciated.

Couple more question if you don't mind. I notice a file called min that is included, what is that for? It says in the read me to

RECOMMENDED

It's recommended to edit config.php to set $min_cachePath to a writeable
(by PHP) directory on your system. This will improve performance.

What do you mean set the permission to that file to writable.

Well it's me again. I Come to find out it was the jscript__includes file that was causing all the trouble. After I deleted it everything is working again. Sorry for all the post.

After seeing this unanswered post from first trading and following a couple of hours of unsuccessful attempts to find the answer, I came up with the following solution to enable jQuery Lighbox on EZ Pages. This is probably not the cleanest way, but it works!

1. In the Admin Panel go to Configuration => JQLightbox => delete the text in the "Pages to enable JQLightbox" and replace it with an asterisk (*) to enable JQLightbox on all pages.
   
   
2. Now, on your EZ Pages (e.g. a photo gallery, product user guide, etc. simply reference jQuery Lighbox in the anchor tag. Here is an example from my website (basically all you have to do is add a class="jqlightbox")

Peter777 you are a genius, many thanks to you.

Now all i need is the answer to why my additional images only show as thumbnails in my lighbox and not displaying the LRG file version...? For some reason its though lighbox won't switch to the LRG image but instead defaults to the original thumbnail version. The only image that expands is the first image but the numbered images that follow (_01_LRG, _02_LRG) etc don't expand.

Any idea's anyone.

First trade, are u usisng IH2 in the same case as well?
In admin, image, u need to choose resize image if you are using IH2.

hi, the css drop menu is over the image when zoom in, what do i fix it?
can i show product name under the large image zoom in by jquery lightbox? thanks

I'm having the same issue as first trading. It works great on the main image, but additional images display the thumbnail image when clicked, not the image_01_LRG.etc files.

ZC 1.3.8a and no IH installed...
