Unable to log into admin,no changes made

hi
i installed zen cart last week no probs and put a few test catergorys and products on and everything was fine.
I went to sign in to the admin section yesterday and this message appeared instead.
"1146 Table 'b3_2817334_orders.slphotosproject_version' doesn't exist
in:
[select * from slphotosproject_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields."
My database is called b3_2817334_orders as you can see, i looked in my database and there is no sign of slphotosproject_version but i have not made any changes at all to the site or database so dont get why im getting this error
Has anyone ever had this problem before,ive not got a backup of the database.
If theres no work around i will re-install it as theres only a handfull of products on there for now

Do you have any tables ending "project_version"?

hi yeah there was them tables i had a look all through them but couldnt make any sense.
but not to worry ive re-installed over the top so alls bck now
