Help with shipping and zones

Hi
I have a specific question regarding shipping ---- and Zones
First we sell old trade ads two sizes ------
the smaller size ships for $4.00 in the US and Canada and $6.00 everywhere else .....The larger size ships for $5.00 in the US and Canada and $9.99 everywhere else .....
There is no increase to multiple orders of up to 10 items.....
How do I accomplish this is Zencart

Next how do i place these zones in zencart to affect above

What happens on these when you go beyond 10?

Well im thinking that after 10 items it will be additional $3.00 for the next 10 but Im seeing this as a big problem we were ready to launch our site but the shipping seems to be a hurddle we cant overcome We have some flat rate items and some weight items and we have no clue how to set this up or even how to set up the zones any help or guidence would be surely appreciated thank you )

Anything can be written ... you just have to write up your "shipping rules" then the code can be made to do it ...

wow I would have no idea where to start or how to do that -----I am using zer cart for its ease of use
any suggestions? and are you saying zen cart is unable to do what I ve outlined or do you have any suggestions how to accomplish this?

If you are okay with dipping into your wallet, you may consider Conor Kerr's Advanced Shipping module (dev.ceon.net).

It will probably do what you are looking for.
