Blank Page in Step 2

I've searched the forums, Googled and still haven't found a solution to my problem, which is a blank page when clicking to proceed to Step 2 to choose a payment method.

I've inserted my PayPal information according to instructions, but because I'm getting a blank page on Step 2, I guess I'm not doing something right in the settings.

I have installed the Japanese Zones using an SQL update. The zone is named JapanZone and has all the prefectures in English and Japanese. However, something is not right and I don't know where...and I'm very frustrated right now because I've been trying for weeks to get it working with no change.

I've got the cart in English and Japanese, and may have not installed things correctly since I'm somewhat a nubie to ZenCart. Give me WP or Joomla and I can install, modify and create no problem! But not with ZenCart! This system confuses me!

Looking for good help, not criticism!

Try creating an account and see what happens....nothing after Step 1.

Found the error file like in this ex.

I didn't fix it I just downloaded a new Zen cart and I replaced the file for the new one in the server
