Paypal communication testing tools

I'm working through the wiki page on troubleshooting Paypal as I am not getting orders appearing in my shop after payment has been processed.

I have loaded the two communication testing tools and the results are at:

I have also turned on in Admin the debug mode to Log to File, and set the attributes in the logs folder to 777. I have made two test orders through my shop but am getting no entries in the log folder.

My service provider is Westnet in Western Australia. They require a proxy to be used so I have entered this in Admin, Configurations, My Store as instructed by Westnet. I have also set the cURL Proxy Status to True.

Can anyone assist by looking at the above test results please?

If you're getting nothing in the logs (and the permissions on the paypal/logs/ folder are set to writable), then PayPal's server is unable to talk to the ipn_main_handler.php file on your server, or you've got the Instant Payment Notification option disabled in your PayPal profile.

I am also having this exact same problem with my Aussie shop, my ISP is iinet however.

IPN is enabled in Paypal.

I have got some debug logs from a transaction with Paypal an have zipped them as per the wiki notes. Where should I upload them to so they can be analyzed? I have currently put the zipped file in the logs folder at panachelace.com.au/shop/includes/payment/paypal/logs.

You have your site set to use a proxy server for some reason.
