red flag Using attribute Values & Names for postage? Good or Bad?

    Hi everyone,

Im just wondering whether anyone has used attribute values for their shipping? Different items on my site can be sent recorded, international signed for etc, but some can not.

Would putting an 'International signed for £4.90' attribute setting onto the products page & not charging a postal fee at the checkout work?

Just an idea, need some advice.

    Thanks Kerry

    Essentially attributes are simply 'extras'.
The 4.90 is, in effect, an extra so, yes they can be used this way.
