Is it possible to change the reply address used by the Contact Us form?

I get mt stores' emails and contact us messages sent to my Gmail account and when I reply to them the return/reply email address defaults to my own Gmail address and not the customers address.

Is it possible to change that 'reply to' address changed to the email address of the sender?

The current version of Zen Cart sets the reply-to address on contact-us and tell-a-friend emails to be the email address of the customer, as entered on the website when they submit their information. How your email program handles a reply-to header after it's been set is outside the control of Zen Cart.
