USPS First Class Mail?

Hi! I'm brand new to ZenCart and I'm so excited about all the great features... but.... i'm stuck at what should be a basic one! I'd really appreciate some help.

I'm trying to set up the shipping module for USPS. I got my userid from web toools all setup and had them transfer me to the production server and now it works... sorta.

Priority mail calculates but First Class won't. The item is only 0.1lbs so it should be eligible for First class but the rate won't calculate.

Anyone know why?

First, make sure you have the updated USPS shipping module and follow the instructions to Save current settings to NotePad, REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...

Next, check your Tare Settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... the default is to add 0:3 (3lbs) to the order ...
