Default Making A Customer Sign Up/Sign In Before Accessing Catalog

    Hi all ...

Here's a dumb question for you all (and hopefully I have posted it to the right section of the forum).

Is there a way to set up Zen Cart so that the potential customer has to sign up or sign in (for existing customers) before they can see products in the catalog? We are setting up a site to sell printing (coupons and the like) to a restaurant franchise and there will be concerns about protecting their logo, images, etc.

Here's a link to the test site I am setting up right now.

Thanks in advance for any answers, advice or input you all have to offer.

An assumption is what you arrive at when you get tired of thinking...

NOTE: if a guest cannot see anything about your site ... neither can a spider ...

There is the other options to allow browsing with or without prices until an account is created ... and spiders can read that ...

    Thanks for the info ...

I am not totally sure but I think the company's corporate office will be handing out the link direct to their stores.

I will definitely look into which we need to do.

    Thanks again!
