    Default "Sorry, we do not ship to your region at this time" works for me but not client??

    Hi.

    I have setup "UK" Zones and "Rest of the World" zones. So shipping cost to UK is different to the rest of the world.

    This sometimes work for people and sometimes does not. Two people have reported the message "Sorry, we do not ship to your region at this time".

    One of them had a country of UK and one of them Netherlands. Others from the UK have purchased fine.

    I even logged in as the user from Netherlands (changed his password in the database) and when I went to purchase the product he was going to purchase, I dont get the error, I get the shipping method OK! So I was eveb logged in as him! But he got the error when he went to purchase!!

    Does anyone have an idea what is going on?

    I have an update... I have phpBB3 integarted and I get this error when creating a new account:-

    1062 Duplicate entry '' for key 2
    in:
    [insert into phpbb_users (user_id, username, user_password, user_email, user_regdate) values ('58', 'TEST22TEST2222', 'b880e0d0136aa7b883179c502a8242d6', '[email protected]', '1233321422')]

    Strange this only just started happening after I created the Zones and two shipping methods. Worked fine before that for months.
