when i click on Attributes Controller then option name and option value box not show in under ADDING NEW ATTRIBUTES but this is working some days before but now not working.
any one tell me how to solve this ?

did you modify your attribute control file by adding any module that effect this file ? If not , try to upload a copy of
attributes-controller.php this file is located under your admin folder .
see if this might help to make it work ..
