Shipping and Handling cost

I have these website page http://rodnikpublishing.com/mexico.html
with osCommerce build. But right the Checkout of my order page is not working, because it can't do the shipping charges, you will receive error message:

An error occurred with the USPS shipping calculations. "If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner."

Having these problem cannot solve at the moment I installed Zencart which you can find at

Will some help me how to set up the shipping and handling cost for E.g.: Plus $2.50 Shipping & Handling
(by USPS Media Mail within the U.S.A. ).
Shipping to other countries by First Class International:
Canada - $5.00
Mexico - $8.50
All other Countries - $10.00
Please help and any advise will appreciate very much.

USPS made some system changes in May 2008 that made the USPS module included in v1.3.8 (December 2007) no longer work properly.

Perhaps updating yours with the latest version might help. As of today, the current update patch for USPS and v1.3.8a can be found here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97461
