Problem with UPS Shipping

When I put a product in the cart and click estimate shipping I am not getting anything. I checked the settings under Modules/Shipping/UPS in the admin and it is set to true and all the options under it are correct. Anyone got any ideas?

Because maybe you have the shipping method for store pick up -walk in??

I also notices this small tit tat...

Do you have defaults set on the Attributes or do you have them set where the customer must know to select an attribute?

It is always a good idea to add an extra Option Value such as:
Pick one
Select from below
What do you want?
etc.

and set as:
Sort Order 0
Default YES
Display Only YES

to force a proper choice by the customer ....

No you should be able to offer UPS shipping as one option and in store pickup as a second option. I have had it working before but I was in the process of re-working my store, been away from it for a while and noticed tonight when testing UPS functions were down. Don't know what or if I did something to cause it or not. Very frustrating.
