I tried searching for this topic but had no luck, so I apologize if it was already answered.
When a customer places an order, it is processed correctly and payment is received right away.
However, their order history is not recorded. Which in turn causes us to have to contact the customer directly and ask what items they ordered.
I have tried trouble shooting and cannot seem to figure out how to fix this problem.
If anyone has any ideas, It would be greatly appreciated.
