I am using Zen Cart 1.3.7, and am unaware of any updates or addons installed.
UPS has raised it's rates and for the last couple months our shipping calculation has been too low.
We have a 70# max with a small tare 10% and large 10% and have the weights of our products listed.
Is there a new download or some other way to fix the issue?

Zen Cart gets its rates directly from the UPS server based on the package weights and the origin+destination zip codes.
