    Default Ups Shipping Module

    I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8 and the UPS Shipping Module is overcharging on shipping. is there anyway to adjust this? I've already zeroed out the tares, so no extra charge. we don't have a handling charge either, but it's charging a domestic rate of minimum of $9.00 when it should be $7.30.
