Default Entering decimal amounts in quantity box

    I'm missing something here.
New 1.3.8a load that I'm trying to use for customers to make payments to a small insurance company. I've got the layout pretty much complete but having problems with the Qty in the Add To Cart box.
I can't seem to get the setup right to accept an entry of 59.95.
Got it to accept 5995 with decimals set to two and the product (payment) set to
    .01 Net
    Qty min 1
    Qty max 0
    Qty Units 1
    Mix Yes
Somebody help me unscramble my brain.

    Had the decimals in place.
Blanking out the two items results in
Please update your order. The item: Online Payment Processing ... Quantity Units errors -
You ordered a total of: 59.95 Min: 0 Units: 0

Changing Product Price does not help either.

Changing the Minimum 0 and Unit 0 to valid amounts will help ...

Example: you cannot buy 0 widgets ...

Using Minimum 0.01 and Units 0.01 to allow for the pennies should make all right in the world once more ...

NOTE: to do this be sure to have those decimals set, as bunyip pointed out earlier ...
