Paypal + extra fee - need help

Hello there.

Just started to use the Paypal IPN module and got a question.

Is there possibility automaticaly to add an extra fee when users of my shop using paypal payment method?

Let's say someone bought a product that costs $250, my shop will simply redirect to paypal page with this ammount of money. I would like it cots $250 + %3.7 because they used paypal. How to do it?
