Why won't this work?

When I attempt to download Zen Cart, I have to use
Winzip and it just gives me a long list of files. What am I supposed to do with this and how do I actually get into the program. I am so lost.

Where have you downloaded the Zen Cart files to? Your home computer? Are you trying to set up a local test site, or do you want to set up a live site now?

Look at install.txt and the /docs/ folder of the download for lots of information (readme files).

If you want to install to a live server (host), you will need to upload the unzipped files/folders to your host's server with an FTP program (Filezilla is a good free one).

When the files are where you want them, browse to www.yourdomain.com/subfolder_if_any/zc_install/ to start the install process.
