Newsletter sign up

I had a customer e-mail me from my site requesting me to sign him up for the newsletter and discount coupons. He did not create an account.

How do I add him to my database so that he can receive any promotional e-mails I send him?

Use one of the add on modules (see tab ^above^ ) - add customers from admin
