Try creating a couple of folders at
C:/EasyPHP 3.0/www/created_folders
Then see if you get a list in the browser at localhost

Try WAMP, it is very easy to use and install.

- Windows Vista
- downloaded the install program in the free software add ons
- restarted computer
- click on icon on desktop
- system tray icon appears all white
- type in browser
- http://localhost
- nothing

Never done anything like that. Hope Kobra can help you.
I'm using ver 1.8.0.0 and it works well with Vista (except when installed in C:/Program Files, which won't let you edit any of the cart files). If you can't get 3.0 working, you might try 1.8.0.0.
