4 Letters in a category name displayed in a foreign language

Hello! I have installed ZenCart 1.3.8a.
When I try to create new categories in English and in Russian, English Category names are just fine but in Russian language the site showes only first 4 letters for each category name.........
When my friend from Russia tipes in a category name - it works fine and the whole name is shown.
We cannot undrestand what the problem is. When I installed ZenCart for the first time I was able to create categories and product names in English and in Russian and they were fine - full names as I wanted.
But now we reinstalled ZenCart third or forth time I can only see first 4 letters of the category name and the rest just disappears......
What happened? Please help! What to do?

Hi,
When we are typing Russian it uses not Cyrillic language, but "machine" language. It means the letter "в " for example will look like this " в", instead 1 symbol , there are 6 symbols. 4*6=24 Count, please, how many russian letters can you type in that field? Max length for the field is 33 symbols.

Select Russian language in the admin area > Define Language: Russian

then go to category and retype the title
