Any add-ons or tweaks to improve search

Is anyone aware of a way to improve the seach engine in zen-cart?

I've gone through and typed in a fair number of common queries into my search bar and frankly I'm quite dissapointed in the results. The relevancy of the link returned is quite low. I've tried playing with the and/or and "description" switches to no avail. It would be nice if there was some sort of heirarchical way to display results.

Any suggestions or tips?

I had looked at the description of this one prior, and see that it (and others) pull in more areas of the site... But do you know if these actually improve the relevancy of the results?
