    Default Inherited website

    Hi All,

A noob question, but i recently got a job for a electronics manufacturer and i need to update they're website. Needless to say i know nothing about zen-cart, but so far pretty straightforward. I need to add products and i have successfully done so, however there is a spec sheet for each and when i specify location(even though i use format that is same for other products that work) when i click on link to d/l spec sheet i get "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." I have verified files are at location specified.

Do i need to upload file location or something? please help!!!

    using

Spec sheets are not a default function but could be included in several manners.

A link to the site and or to a DL that works and one that does not and one of us on the forum can most likely determine a course of action

You will have to provide url or screenshot, otherwise no one will be able to help.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

Why the PDF Spec sheets are on another site I don't know??
According to the name - can one assume you have access to http://www.usa-assmann.com ??

If so, look for the file at /Specs/A-HDMI288-19F-B-F-02-02-R.pdf

If not, then assuming you have permission to use them when creating these links insure that the link is a good one by testing and for this one just enter this address in your browser
    http://www.usa-assmann.com/Specs/A-H...-F-02-02-R.pdf

You will see that it is not a good link

Quadruple check spelling, spaces and captialzation as when entering the the address manually there is a no connect
If you can not connect manually - you have no hope as a link

First thing I would do is necessary backups then upgrade.

Might as well work with a newer / better script version before spending time fixing problems; some of which you may not yet know about but will be corrected with the newer version.
