PP Web Payments Standard - Seller protection ineligible with no shipping address?

Hi. I'm using PayPal Web Payments Standard to process payments on my site. Each time I receive a payment, it looks like I'm not eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection because no shipping address is specified.

Is there any way to change it so that a shipping address IS specified so I can be eligible for Seller Protection?
