    Default international first class option not showing

    Ive a client who has enabled international shipping in the USPS module and chosen two shipping methods. One shows up at checkout and the second (international first class) does not.

    I see a post dated may of 2008 citing an update to this module, but as this store was set up in December of that year i'm assuming thats not the issue.

    Does any one have any thoughts as to how to resolve this little issue or what to try?

    Never assume ...

    Try loading the current version of USPS from:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97461

    and follow the instructions to Save your settings to NotePad, REMOVE and INSTALL then reconfigure ...

    While the dates sound odd to you, the installation vs the release dates make the Update the most current ...

    Hi, my name is Jamie owner of www.MysticCrypt.com I have Zen version 1.3.8 On my shipping admin console in zen cart, it will give me the option to check the First Class Internation . I have checked it, but when doing shipping quotes it will not present this as an option. The weight is under 4 pounds. I just want to make sure that the update here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97461 is the one that i need to install to properly fix this problem.     You need the current update for the USPS shipping module and to follow all of the instructions on the USPS Patch thread for saving current settings, REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure the shipping module ...

    Hi- I am also new to this and having the same problem with First Class International showing up (using version 1.3.8). I'm confused about what it means to unzip a file. Also when I upload the patch to the usps.php file, is it supposed to replace it?

    I understand and have been doing the saving current settings, REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure the shipping module. I just don't know how to get the patch uploaded --
    Any help you can give me wd be appreciated as I really need this shipping option...

    You would UnZip the Zip file with something like WinZip ...

    Then you would load these files via FTP to your server into the same directories by overwriting the old files with the new files ... then do the REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...

    I'm using zencart 1.3.8a

    I have done all the recommended actions to try to fix my issue with International shipping using USPS, but the fix didn't make any difference.

    I get quotes for only 3 options - global express, express mail international, and priority international.

    However, I called USPS and they confirmed the API is activated for all the shipping methods I want, including international flat rate and first class international. I can see in the debug email that they are sending the quotes to my website, but zencart is not picking up the info for the last 2 options in my shipping estimator. (This is problematic because the 2 cheapest options aren't showing up costing me international orders.)

    I am having the same issue with domestic shipping options - the first class shipping option doesn't show up, although USPS activated the API for it.

    Is there a fix in the shipping.php or another file that can be made?

    Please help.

    Ship to addresses?

    What Weight being tested?

    What are your Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging settings?
