Default Kicked in the Zen - Problems with Duplicating site to a Subdomain

After suffering a fatal crash on my wife's notebook last week, I have become somewhat of a Back up' Nazi, trying to educate and protect myself from similar catastrophes.

I am presently building a Zen Cart site for my portfolio, located in one of my sub domains on the server, and was wondering if there is an easy way to duplicate that site to a back up sub domain.
I am in the process of testing several mods and would hate to lose any of my work due to data failure etc.

I am now on day 2 of trying to figure this out....and have followed the instructions found here http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/LocalCopySite#Copying_Files_and_Database_from_the_Remote_Server
but am still having no luck...

I am currently using Bluehost.....can somebody, anybody help me with a step by step on how to create a mirror on another subdomain? My last attempt ended with this as the error.

    "1146 Table 'nsquared_mirror.nsquared_configuration' doesn't exist
    in:
[select configuration_key as cfgkey, configuration_value as cfgvalue from nsquared_configuration]"

    Please help, eternally indebted..

    Bob
