dELETE OLD ZENCART PRODUCTS

How do i find all the products that come in zencart when you install it? i cant find them all.. any help would be greatly appreciated..

zen cart products are numbered (product ID), so all the product numbers in order before you put your first product in, would be the ones you are looking for, I use a add on called quick updates, it allows me to view the product tree by id number.
