How to remove featured products listing ?

Hi,

Featured product listing is coming in the center of the body. I mean in the content area.

I am able to remove it from the side box. But, how can I remove it from the content panel. I may need it for the home page, but don't need it for all inner pages.

Also, I need to display featured category. Is there any plugin available?

Q- I want to display new products in the main page but not in any other pages.

Answer-- Do the following setting

Admin->Configuration->Index Settings->Show New Products on Main Page -> Set it to 1,2,3,4 (depends the way you want the ordering)


Admin->Configuration->Index Settings->Show New Products on Main Page - Category with SubCategories SET it to 0

In this case the New Products will come only in the main page not in any other page.

Set both the value to 0 if you dont want to display it at all.
