Banners in BannersAll display alternately, want both at same time

Hi,

Been all over the forums but don't find a solution. There seem to be a lot of variations on banner problems.

My site is australianbakery.com. I've got two banners I want to show at all times. Both are in BannersAll. Both are active.

BannersAll is in Layout - Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all.

These two banners display alternately upon page refresh. I'd like both to appear always, Geotrust on top, Bluegrass Jam below.

Also, I DO have an image available for the BG jam, but it does not appear. Only the html text appears. I've tried having no html text, but still the BG image does not appear.

Ideally, I would like the BG banner image to show and link to an easy page I already have about the BG jam. Is that possible?

Any suggestions?

Your page is showing that the banner box is banner_box2.php.
Turn on the banner_box_all.php in Admin/Tools/Layout Boxes Controller. Give your two banners a sort order in Admin/Tools/Banner Manager (just below the html text box). And make sure in Admin/Configuration/Layout Settings that the Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all is set to BannersAll.

Oh..and you can't use both html text and image...only one :

Banner Notes:

• Use an image or HTML text for the banner - not both.
• HTML Text has priority over an image

That did it. I notice that that banner_box_all is titled "Sponsors" which isn't really appropriate for those banners, but I found the file that defines that using Developers Tool Kit and fixed it up the way I want.
