Addon Tax Module questions

I just installed the Local Sales Tax Mod, and got an error message in the Zen Cart Admin under Local Sales Tax indicating that the table labeled "zen_tax_rates_local" doesn't exist. Not sure where this file is and what to do next...can anyone offer any help?

The rest of my error message is:


[select count(*) as total FROM (zen_tax_rates_local st LEFT JOIN zen_tax_class tc ON st.local_tax_class_id = tc.tax_class_id) LEFT JOIN zen_zones z ON st.zone_id = z.zone_id]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

In case anyone has this problem...I read the trouble shooting directions provided by LadyHLG, and conducted the following:

# Mod SQL Install fails:

* Try opening the sql file and adding a semi-colon at the end of the last line.
* Try copying and pasting the contents of the sql file into the run query box on the admin Install SQL Patches page rather than uploading the file.

It worked!
