Checkout issues (prepayment, moving .important a.o.)

My shop is slowly coming together, but I have some issues with the checkout process.

The thing is that I don't want to offer invoice. I've followed the steps given in THIS thread and sure, the billing information disapears, but at a cost - the .important box disapears with it, as well as the headline and text for paying method of choice.

1. How do I transfere the .important (as stated within stylesheet.css) and the paying method boxes from delivery to the shipping address box?

2. Initially I'll only offer one paying method - prepayment. I've disabled all other options (credit card) within the Admin area, but the order confirmation e-mail the customer recieves after a successful checkout still states Credid card as paying method.
During the checkout process there's no checkbox the customer can check for payment method, perhaps this has something to do with it? Can I enable a checkbox without having multiple payment choices?
