Fractional Quantity Rounding Price

I am using zen cart 1.3.8a. I have setup a payment-like shop, where the quantity acts as the amount the customer needs to pay. I used fractional quantities to allow for cents. In the shopping cart the subtotal shows up fine, however after login and step 2 of 3 of checkout, the total will round the price up or down to the nearest dollar. How do I not have the price round?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you have not assigned a normal price to these you will have to elaborate on what changes you have made to use the qty as a price

Set your Products Price (Net) to 1.0000
Set Product Qty Minimum to 0.01
Set Product Qty Maximum to 0
Set Product Qty Units to 0.01
Set Product Qty Min/Unit Mix to Yes

Thank you all for your help. My problem was in the function_price.php. I had commented the wrong code to hide the 0.01 0.01
