    Default trouble login into admin

Yesterday after uploading spanish language I was working fine with my admin and my zen cart, but today I am getting this error msg when trying to display the admin login page, please help:

Warning: require(includes/languages/spanish.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in .../store/admin/includes/init_includes/init_languages.php on line 31

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/spanish.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in ...store/admin/includes/init_includes/init_languages.php on line 31

That message is telling you that the /store/admin/includes/languages/spanish.php file isn't on your webserver.

Well ... either it's not there, or you've got it in the wrong place, or you uploaded it with a user ID that gave it permissions which are preventing it from being seen by the apache webserver and therefore Zen Cart can't see it.
The error message is clear: No such file or directory.

Remember, there are TWO sets of language files: catalog (storefront) and admin.
Since you said the message is happening when logging into the admin, and the error message points out that it's the admin scripts that are looking for the file, then the file that's not found is (as I said earlier):
    /store/admin/includes/languages/spanish.php
