I don't speak Turkish, but I really want to provide my site in Turkish keeping the current theme. I simply want to add Turkish as a language.

Ok, I copied the languages/turkish folder from the Turkish Language add on.
That seems to do the trick for most of what I need. Now I just need to add customization where I've customized it in English.
