USPS Priority Mail Delivery confirmation - how?

I am using USPS priority mail as my shipping method. My problem is:
everything needs to be sent with delivery confirmation which adds another $.60 to the price, and...
higher cost items need to be insured.

how to add these costs? I could just add the del. confirm into the handling cost, but then it says handling charge, which I do NOT charge....

I have my usps api account running, I'm using ZC v. 1.3.8

You can change the text that is displayed...

Use the developers tool kit and search for the text and seek a define.
Most are in english.php
