$1.00 expedited shipping bug? Google Checkout

I recently had a customer purchase some products from my site. She then selected UPS overnight AM shipping, and somehow only payed $1.00 for shipping! I've seen this happen before as well with USPS Global Express Guaranteed.

Before I temporarily disable expedited shipping, has anyone seen this before? Any ideas about what's going on?

In your zen-cart admin go to Modules-->Payment-->Google Checkout. Enter zeroes in all the boxes under the "Def. Value" column for each carrier so your customers get charged the proper shipping amount.

Since I charge a flat rate for shipping, I entered zeroes in the Def. Value column and entered my shipping amounts in the "Fix Charge" column for the carriers I use. Likewise, if your shipping is percentage-based then you would enter the appropriate numbers in the "Variable" column.

Now, for some reason, since changing my amouts to 0, people are able to buy products through google checkout as digital products?

I don't get this at all!

Did you change all your amounts to zero or did you add your shipping costs to the appropriate columns under google checkout.?

Well, before the change, I had set it to do calculated shipping. I've adjusted the default values to match the suggested default values in the shipping generator.


Also, I see this when making a purchase as a customer just beneath the googlecheckout button:

bumping, as I still see a freeoptions ignored below the checkout button in red text. Founds another forum poster in April with a similar problem.
