Sounds like a Zend encoded file with the problem - However- the error that is being given indicates that MySQL is *not* running, or the database hostname being given is incorrect, which I suspect is the most likely case.
(if you just moved from other host to godaddy, you need to know that godaddy hosts mysql on a separate server, so you cannot use 'localhost' for mysql host name.. sounds like whatever script is running that Zend encoded file needs to have its configuration adjusted. - Either way- it is a software problem, and correctly, godaddy says it is not their problem - it is a problem in the script configuration, and since it is not zen-cart script or file involved, you're looking for help in the wrong place - you need to figure out who wrote the script you are using that refers to core/class.php and get them to help you out and support their script...)
