Hi all,
I had just installed zen cart 1.38 and was testing the payment modules for both pp express cart and pp website payments pro. PP website payments pro gave me this error "10550 Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed" and the error email header was "ALERT: PayPal Direct Payment Error (10550 <!-- -->)". I tried searching this forum for the meaning of this error but found none. Appreciate some help here to guide me what went wrong, thanks in advance!

10550 means:
Sounds like you need to contact PayPal customer service, or your PayPal account rep.Access to Direct Payment was disabled
for your account. Contact PayPal for
more information..

10550 Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed
AND
ALERT: PayPal Direct Payment Error (10550 <!-- -->)
