Payments being received but product purchased not showing

i am using Authorize.net (SIM) payment module in testing mode on my zen cart website. when i create order and checkout it goes to the Authorize.net page (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/) where in "order information" it shows

Invoice Number:
Description: Website Purchase from ..
Total: US $68.63

not showing invoice number and products name.
i am using zen cart version is "Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8"
