My company is looking for a mod that will give the total number of products ordered but with the attributes included in it. Is there such a thing out there? Thanks.

You can add attributes to each product in Zen Cart. one the customer add an item to the cart they will be able to see the attributes they selected in the shopping cart page. The admin will also be able to see the attribute in the order page.
