My ISP changed servers now my site is down

My ISP migrated to a new location and new servers over the week-end and now I can only see an error message that Zen-Cart can't connect to the database.

The ISP is a bit slow in responding as I'm sure my two sites are not the only ones having issues.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this from my end?
I can't seem to access the admin section either.

This happened to me, GoDaddy. I had to go into control panel and reset my passwords. I'm not sure what happened when they migrated but my passwords got erased. Write a page to verify if you can connect to the database outside of zencart.
