Renamed Admin folder but "upload to directory" no update of new folder

Hi Guys,

This is what happened. I followed the tutorial to rename my admin folder, everything worked fine. that was until i wanted to add a new product by a new supplier. so i created "newSupplier" via ftp under /image. Now going back to the add new product page, i don't see the "newSupplier" option when uploading image. my previously added directories under the /image can no longer be seen as well now. what did i do wrong? i checked over the tutorial many times and i am sure i renamed all the lines i was supposed to rename. i could rename everything back to admin, but i wanted to have a different name for security purpose. thanks in advance.
