change price layout on product info and product listings

I want to change the pricing layout for the product info page. Right now, I have the pricing to have the regular price above the sale price on all pages.

On the product page, I would like to display the sale price, regular price AND the savings.

I've edited the function_prices.php file to modify what I want to display in the product listings but since the product info page also shares the same style, I can't customize it to how I would like it to be.

Here are mockups of what I would like todo:

Hi,
Can I ask you how you changed the function_prices.php to turn out the result shown in your two screenshots?
I've been searching the forum trying to figure it out, and my knowledge of php is very limited, so a bit nervous going into the code without really knowing what I'm doing :)
