Yes, favicons display 16x16 px; the one I sent was 32x32; which is the maximum resolution you can use on a favicon.
I used icofx.... favicons must be saved as .ico files.

It does not display at 16x16. It is displaying at 8x8 on both my IE and firefox, it is tiny.
I tried creating both a 32x32 and a 16x16 and clear the cache and in both cases it displays at 8x8.
It was displaying at the correct size in Firefox before I started this thread (and not at all in IE).
How can I get the icon to display in both browsers at the regular 16x16 size?
Thank you.
Note: I found out that Gimp can be used to create .ico files.
I can't think why it's displaying like that for. I see it as a regular favicon when I browse to your site.
Try editing and creating a 32x32 .ico file and call it favicon2.ico... then change the html above to point to favicon2.ico and see if that changes it...

Yes, you pointed out that link before. Is that related to some file in zen cart?
Thanks.
It is pretty easy to create your own favicons.

I wonder if your problem displaying the favicon has something to do with the browser caching it.
There is a quirk in IE with favicons. When you delete the temporary Internet files, you delete all of the favicons cached there and they no longer show up with yout favorites. This may depend upon which version of IE you are using.
Now I get a regular size for IE and no favicon for firefox!
I guess it is all a cache issue...
It is working fine now for both of my browsers after I cleared cache and rebooted my computer.
Case closed.
Thank you!
