How can I break an order into multiple shipments?

I have a store that is shipping heavy stuff in bulk, but FedEx only allows up to 100lbs. Is there a way to break an order up into multiple shipments, each being less than 100lbs?

FedEx does offer FedEx Freight, but it isn't feasible for our store. So I'd like to be able to break up a single order into multiple shipments. Any ideas?

What shipping modules do you use?

The Maximum Shipped is for what is the largest weight you ship and then the order is broken into boxes ...

I'm using FedEx Ground and FedEx Express shipping modules on Zen Car 1.2.6.

I am unable to find a "Maximum Shipped" setting -- where may I find that?
