I live in Hawaii needless to say shipping rates are differant to and from Hawaii. Can Hawaii and Alaska be set up as a seperate shipping zones ?

it seems like dividing USA in 2 zones will work for someone who uses table rates shipping (there is an option to select zone). is there any way to do it using zone rates? i need separate shipping for Hawaii, PR and Alaska, please help and thank you very much in advance!
