Problem with Hebrew language

Hi there
I really need help , I am new in Zen cart and i am trying to install a 2 languages store : English and Hebrew .

I installed the last Hebrew add-on and I see gibberish ( not any language) on most of my site titles and info .

Title example:
Categories = ׳§׳˜׳’׳•׳¨׳™׳•׳×

How do I fix it???

I tried to open the files on my computer and discover that some programs open it with correct Hebrew and some cant read it and show junk in stead.

p.s I m in lunar pages hosting if it has any meaning

hey,
had same problem. solved it by opening in Word2007. it automatically will ask you for encoding, choose the right one that will show you the text.
mostly it would be Hebrew (windows) or Unicode (UTF-8)

how do i make it work on the site ???

i cant expect visiters to play with the incoding all th time

i am tring to find how to change the site to uft 8
