Security certificate not working in Google Chrome

I had a repeat customer email me today to say that she got the following error when she used Google Chrome to access my site. I have placed test orders in Firefox and IE and do not get the error. I have not installed Chrome to check this out but thought before I do so (not something I want to do unless it's essential) I would check here. I haven't changed anything for my certificate and it's valid for at least another year. Ideas?
The site's security certificate is not trusted!
You attempted to reach www.thebeveragegourmet.com, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Google Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especiallyif you have never seen this warning before for this site.

This is likely the issue, but I also see some "not Critical" issues with the certificate signing & key and extended key usage information.


Additionally, Chrome gave me the other error which is the same as IE. Probably, not the issue, but this certificate won't work for IE6 for example.

You have non secured images or scripts running on secured pages.

Thanks for looking at it. I have no idea how to fix this. Is it something wrong with the certificate or something I have to adjust in my images? All I did a couple years back was follow the directions to install the certificate (as per godaddy). I haven't had this issue come up until now (that I know of). I'm not super technical so any help is appreciated

Okay..I removed that image. Are you still getting the error? I was able to access everything okay prior to removal so it doesn't appear any different to me (except for the image missing I removed). THANK YOU

I can't get a secure login page to load in IE6 even though it comes up easily in FireFox and IE7.

You may want to talk to your host and your certificate issuer about the problem.

The non secure error is fixed

IE 6 isn't going to work, secured anyhow with the key issues.

Hey folks!

Sorry to bump this thread, but I am getting the same issue with my website in IE 8. Everything seems fine in Firefox though.

My site is www.PenielProducts.com and it seems to happen to me at the customer login page.

Any ideas?
